<p><b>Job description</b>: Graphic Designer with skills in video editing and production is needed at a Sacramento area organization. This position reports to the Design &; Websites Manager, will be responsible for creating visually engaging content for web, print, and digital platforms for our organization and its affiliates. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our online presence, delivering creative designs, and producing compelling multimedia content. <p> <b>Responsibilities:</b><br />
 <br /> Graphic Desig n/Production:<br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Develop creative concepts, layouts, and assets for web, print, and digital platforms.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Create and execute design solutions, including imagery, publications, infographics, marketing collateral, and multimedia elements.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ensure excellence in graphic design and collaborate with internal staff to produce engaging visual content.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Manage and prioritize projects independently, adhering to brand and production standards.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate print orders and product/publication deliveries.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Contribute to graphics and media development and maintenance.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Provide project management support as needed.</li>
</ul>
<p> Websites:<br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain and update websites for our organization and affiliates.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Develop a working knowledge of the Higher Logic system.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Create and manage graphic and video content for websites.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Build web components, pages, and sections.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Implement and manage analytics tools to enhance communication efforts.</li>
</ul>
<p> Video/Multimedia:<br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Develop, edit, and oversee video content for publication on various platforms.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Record event components and individuals using camera, lighting, and audio equipment.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Create concise, visually pleasing video content.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Edit raw video to enhance viewer learning and engagement.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Deliver video/audio files on social media platforms.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Understand YouTube company account management and trends.</li>
</ul>
<p> Miscellaneous:<br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Perform various other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Requirements:</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in design, publishing, or video editing.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or other graphic software.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Adobe Premiere or similar video editing software.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of database functionality preferred.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Experience with website editing and HTML preferred.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong multi-tasking skills.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Positive, member-oriented team player.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Independent worker with a willingness to take on a variety of projects.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Creative, detail-oriented, and strong project management skills.</li>

<li>Bachelor&#8217; s degree (BA/BS) in graphics design, communications, or related fields.</li>

<li>Salary range: $52, 948 $79, 422</li>
