<p><b>The Role</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Flutterwave is looking for a Global Expansion &; Payment Partnerships Manager in Lagos, Nigeria who will initiate and manage projects and work with stakeholders across the organization to enable new payment types on Flutterwave Infrastructure.</li>
<li>You will also analyze data to determine optimal transaction routing strategy across service lines, including implementing add-on services that can improve the product, customer experience, or revenue, act as the frontline for partner issues and subsequent resolution, and build and maintain relationships with all relevant Flutterwave partners.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop full-scale project plans and collaborate with Stakeholders (i.e., Engineering Team, Treasury team, Product Team) to track performance and progress as well as associated communication documents using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.</li>
<li>Build and manage relationships with partners beyond project implementations.</li>
<li>Ensure appropriate meetings with partners to support integrations.</li>
<li>Periodic monitoring and reporting of partner&#8217;s transactional activities.</li>
<li>Apply appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate project expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.</li>
<li>Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.</li>
<li>Develop effective strategies to remedy variances from project plans, and minimize impacts.</li>
<li>Manage transitions between project stages and ensure that changes are consistent with organizational goals.</li>
<li>Determine criteria and metrics and use data to evaluate partner service delivery in order to determine optimal transaction routing strategy.</li>
<li>Any other duties assigned.</li>
</ul>
<p> Required Competency and Skillset to be a Waver </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.</li>
<li>Minimum of 6 years of working experience in project management and process optimization</li>
<li>Project Management Certification</li>
<li>Extremely organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through skills</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment; can adapt quickly to change; have strong negotiations skills</li>
<li>Excellent leadership/supervisory and people management skills</li>
<li>Excellent relationship management skills</li>
<li>Authorization to work in Nigeria without sponsorship.</li>
<li>Good understanding of business expansion</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li>
<li>Proficiency in project management tools and software</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li>
