<p><b>Job description</b>: As a result of growth Dematic has an immediate need for a Financial Analyst at our Mississauga, ON office, reporting to the Director of Finance, Canada. This position requires a strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to work under deadlines while maintaining data integrity and the ability to work with multiple teams covering a wide variety of responsibilities. Dematic employees working remotely from another Dematic location would not be required to relocate for this opportunity.</p>

<p><b>Tasks and Qualifications:</b></p>
<p> This is What You Will do in This Role: </p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare monthly reporting books, including commentary and analysis of performance versus forecast, budget and prior year for Canadian entity.</li>
<li>Cost center and headcount budgeting and forecasting.</li>
<li>Support CS business including monthly forecasting, reporting and analytics.</li>
<li>CS Order intake forecast and reporting including as sold gross margins and new business profitability analytics.</li>
<li>Consignment inventory management.</li>
<li>Monthly commission calculations.</li>
<li>Perform month end closing processes and account reconciliations including revenue recognition and accrual calculations.</li>
<li>Assist with cash forecasting activities.</li>
<li>Parent company reporting</li>
</ul>
<p><b>What We Are Looking For:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business</li>
<li>CPA designation preferred</li>
<li>5-8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a large corporate environment.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, critical reasoning and communication skills.</li>
<li>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.</li>
<li>Experience with SAP, Oracle or BI is an advantage.</li>
<li>Self-starter, able to demonstrate sound judgment and resourcefulness in decision-making and problem solving.</li>
<li>Very organized, collaborative, and quick learner with high attention to detail and ability to work independently.</li>
