<p> Our graduate programme is an exciting 2 year programme offering 2 x 12 month rotations across our Finance teams. You will build your skillset, complete challenging work and gain experience to kick start your career at Visa. We are passionate about developing our colleagues and you will be given the opportunity to study for a professional qualification (CIMA, ACA or ACCA). <p> <b>Day to Day Responsibilities</b></p>
<p> Our Finance Graduate Programme:</p>
<p> In Finance we want new, fresh perspectives in a rapidly changing world. This means we are looking for problem solvers like you to revolutionize the world of payments who can also look at the bigger picture through innovation and collaboration.</p>
<p> Here are some exciting things you could do as a graduate in Corporate Finance: </p>
<ul>
<li>Experience the day to day of our Deal team, participating in some of Visa’s negotiations with some of the biggest banks in the world</li>
<li>Work in our Pricing team helping us better price our product and services, understand strategic levers of pricing</li>
<li>Collaborate with our Treasury team to understand key drivers behind our Balance Sheet, cash flow and help build stress testing scenarios</li>
<li>Interpreting financial data to identify future business potential by working closely with senior leaders in Sales, Strategy or Marketing</li>
<li>Improve Visa’s financial performance by analysing results and variances; identifying trends and recommending action</li>
<li>Working with us in sourcing to optimize our large budget of investments, making sure we always invest on those activities and campaigns that give us higher returns</li>
<li>Joining the Tax team supporting them in the setting up of new legal entities</li>
<li>And finally, develop deep technical expertise in financial data accuracy, integrity and consistency by working within the controllership team</li>

<p> <b>Qualifications</b></p>

<p> Therefore, our requirements are few: </p>
<ul>
<li>Current university student graduating in 2024 and ready to start full time employment in September 2024. Please note, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.</li>
<li>Intern or placement year experience in finance or at a financial institution is desirable</li>
<li>Ideally studied a Economics, Finance or STEM subject at University</li>
<li>Proactive, with experience of being a self-starter and has a willingness to learn</li>
<li>Passionate about technology and the payments industry</li>
<li>Experience using MS Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word</li>
<li>Some knowledge of SQL, Python, R is not necessary, but welcome</li>
<li>Confident communication skills to be able to work with senior stakeholders</li>
</ul>
