<p> As Finance Director you will be responsible for: </p>

<li>Driving the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks</li>
<li>Overseeing all audit and internal control operations working</li>
<li>Working with the finance team to prepare timely and detailed financial performance reports</li>
<li>Ensuring adherence to financial laws and guidelines</li>
<li>Travelling to group sites across the UK</li>

<p><b>Key attributes required:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as director of finance, CFO or similar role with solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting</li>
<li>Experience in a related industry an advantage</li>
<li>Proficient in the use of ERP systems &#8211; Business365 &; SAP an advantage</li>
<li>An analytical mind with a strategic ability to commercially deliver financial performance across the business</li>
<li>BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is an advantage. ACA, ACCA, CIMA or other relevant qualification</li>
