<p> <b>Qualifications:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Comfortable building relationships over the phone</li>
<li>Upholds principles of integrity, confidentiality, and ethics</li>
<li>Proficient in negotiation</li>
<li>While a degree is preferred, it is not mandatory</li>
<li>Consistent engagement in outbound activities to source clients and candidates</li>
