Former Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund manager Jürgen Klopp is set to make his return to football.
According to Sky Germany, Klopp has signed a contract to become Red Bull’s Global Head of Soccer.
This position will see him oversee coaching, player development and transfers for Red Bull’s football clubs.
The clubs include: RB Leipzig, Red Bull Salzburg, New York Red Bulls and Red Bull Bragantino.
Starting January 1st, Klopp will be responsible for advising these clubs on their football philosophy and guiding their coaching structures.
This role is similar to the one Ralf Rangnick held before his departure in 2020.
