<p> Job Position: Estate Surveyor/Location Specialist</p>
<p> Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria.</p>

<p> Requirement: BSc//HND in Estate Management, Town Planning or related field with a minimum of 2 years work experience.</p>

<li>Good understanding of local area map within Lagos, and also a strong understanding of the real estate markets and trends.</li>
<li>Proven professional ethics, integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.</li>
<li>Ability to negotiate real estate transactions.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to stay focus on tasks while under pressure.</li>
<li>Adaptability to environmental and cultural changes.</li>
<li>Ability to be team motivated and individually motivated.</li>
<li>Ability to interact with Co &#8211; workers, clients, supervisors, real estate owners and agents, and the public in an articulate, courteous and business &#8211; like manner at all times.</li>
<li>Be result oriented.</li>
<li>Strong sense of responsibility, self &#8211; image, enthusiasm and hardwork.</li>
