preliminary design&comma; detail design&comma; alternative delivery projects&rpar; as well as other approval and permitting activities for infrastructure&sol;development projects&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Effectively and efficiently managing desktop environmental assessments using GIS and other available methods to address potential permitting requirements&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Assist project managers in the planning&comma;
