Enviro Accessory Sales and Installation Representative – Auto Image USA – Norman, OK

If you have what it takes to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment, then Auto Image USA has a place for you. We are seeking highly motivated, results-driven sales pros. In this position, you will engage with clients to ensure you are finding them the proper parts..

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
  • Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line
  • Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
  • Reviews invoice to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the customer’s request.
  • Pulls and fills orders from stock
  • Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary
  • Notifies the customer when special ordered parts have been received
  • Verifies will-call and back-order files weekly and returns to vendors, or stocks those items not picked up or required.
  • Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization
  • Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, and special order parts
  • Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
  • Resolves customer complaints, contacting the general manager as necessary
  • Keeps showroom and work areas clean and uncluttered

REQUIREMENTS

Must have a valid driver’s license and be acceptable with our insurance carrier

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
