<p><b>Job Summary</b></p>

<li>The Business Analyst is to help in the improvement of the Company’s Business System by providing strong Analysis and Research that contains solutions to the Business Problems.</li>
<li>He/she must have a full understanding of the Business Trend, while they also guide the Organization to improve the process and quality of our products and services.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Budgeting and Forecasting.</li>
<li>Analyzing Business Processes.</li>
<li>Implementing effective solutions to Business Problems.</li>
<li>Conducting detailed market research and competitive analysis.</li>
<li>Regular reporting and analysis.</li>
<li>Exploring different solutions, their risks, benefits, and impacts.</li>
<li>Using data modeling techniques to identify ways in which an organization can operate more effectively.</li>
<li>Leading and Managing Teams.</li>
<li>Formulating ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements/Skills</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.</li>
<li>3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.</li>
<li>Critical thinking ability.</li>
<li>Tech Savvy.</li>
<li>Attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent Negotiation skill.</li>
<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Team Work.</li>
