<p><b>Job description</b>: We have been instructed by one of the most prestigious US firms in London on a new role in its highly-regarded Finance practice.</p>
<p> The firm is very well established in London and has a stand-alone offering in its core Corporate and Finance teams, which are led by a ex-Magic Circle Partners as well as home-grown talent.</p>
<p> The Finance team specialises in sponsor-side leveraged financings, advising many of the top PE firms in the European market, as well as drawing on its global network for the UK elements of deals emanating from the US and Asia Pacific.</p>
<p> Due to continued growth, there is a need to recruit a mid-level Associate, and the Partners are open to seeing candidates from the Australia and New Zealand market. Candidates should be working at a top-tier firm in Sydney/Melbourne/Auckland and will ideally not need visa sponsorship, although this can be provided if necessary.</p>
<p> There is an exciting range of elite-level financing work on offer, and having this firm on your CV will open doors in the future, whether that is within private practice or in-house. There is also a New York / Cravath scale salary available, which will far outstrip the Australia and New Zealand markets.</p>
