<p> How will you contribute to the team?</p>
<p> To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:</p>
<p> Develop plan and profile drawings of Overhead lines and underground Cables for distribution network in coordination with engineers.</p>
<p> Develop Aboveground cable Tray Sizing and Tray routing.</p>
<p> Provide Electrical Equipment Specs and Datasheets</p>
<p> Have knowledge of Electrical Calculation methods for Lighting, Grounding, Lightning Protection, MV/LV Cable Sizing</p>
<p> Be familiar with Power system studies by ETAP or other similar software for Short circuit, Load Flow, Motor Starting, Arc Flash, Relay Coordination and Harmonic studies.</p>
<p> Have Grounding &; Lightning Protection System study and layout experience.</p>
<p> Provide electrical material requisitions and performance specifications.</p>
<p> Provide electrical substation facilities including site and bus work layouts, ground grid drawings, plot plans and elevation drawings for Outdoor Substation equipment.</p>
<p> Provide Layout design for E-House or Indoor Substation,</p>
<p> Provide Interconnection Diagram for MV System</p>
<p> Provide detailed Single Line Diagram, Relay and Metering system and relevant schematic diagrams.</p>
<p> Provide Schematics for MV &; LV Motors and VFD</p>
<p> Provide Equipment Wiring Diagram between MCC /SWGR and PLC/DCS through Marshaling Cabinet</p>
<p> Understand Network Communication Diagram</p>
<p> Prepare Bills of Materials and Cable Schedules.</p>
<p> Have good knowledge of electrical codes and standards including, IEEE, NEC, CEC, IEC, NEMA, NFPA</p>
<p> Work closely with peers and other discipline designers to ensure accurate delivery that will meet utility Standards, industry standards and meet good engineering practices, policies, and procedures.</p>
<p> Maintain complete project documentation with respect to all design packages.</p>
<p> Maintain good working relationship with internal groups that support the project.</p>
<p> What will you contribute?</p>
<p> Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institution.</p>
<p> A minimum of 5 years of experience as Design Engineer in the field of Power Distribution is considered to have gained the required experience for the position.</p>
<p> Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bentley MicroStation, Autodesk REVIT, ProjectWise and Electronic Document Management Systems would be an asset.</p>
<p> Experience in using Software like ETAP , SKM , EASY Power, PSS/E, PSL-CADD would be an asset.</p>
<p> Good written and verbal communication skills.</p>
