<p><b>Job Description</b></p>
<ul>
<li>We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.</li>
<li>The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our e-commerce business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient management of financial resources.</li>
<li>The E-commerce Accountant will collaborate with other departments to provide financial support for business decisions, maintain financial records to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and manage stocks.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage financial transactions for the e-commerce business, including payments and refunds.</li>
<li>Manage and track inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledgers, financial statements, and other reports.</li>
<li>Develop and manage a budget and provide regular reports on financial performance against budget.</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate fraudulent activities.</li>
<li>Assist in audits and regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations and assist in tax planning and filing.</li>
<li>Forecast cash flow and manage the company&#8217;s finances to ensure adequate liquidity.</li>
<li>Provide financial support for business decisions and advise management on financial matters.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in e-commerce accounting.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on e-commerce.</li>
<li>Knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision.</li>
