<p><b>Job description</b>: A high growth and pure online financial platform business, which was only established in 2021 has seen an exponential growth journey over the past couple of years. Now looking to further bolster its growth journey, the organisation has identified a need for a newly created Digital Performance Lead, to take on the reins &; ownership of the brands&#8217; online marketing &; acquisition activities.</p>
<p> With a focus on delivering commercial outcomes through technical implementation &; optimisation of: PPC &; Paid Media as well as Content &; Affiliate marketing channels, this will be a fantastic opportunity for a digital acquisition or performance marketing manager looking to step into a nimble business with ambitious growth plans, where you will be instrumental in leading the online customer acquisition journey with the organisation.</p>
<p> Reporting directly to the CMO (who is also a direct co-founder), you will be wearing multiple hats within a dynamic working and fully UK remote environment. This will include but not be limited to: developing and managing a high performing digital marketing team of 2-4 individuals, technical proficiency in managing, optimising &; delivering digital advertising campaigns with a clear focus on CPA and ROI requirements, presenting commercial business strategy, outcomes and obtaining buy-in &; approval at a board level as well as growing the digital brand through affiliates and other partnerships.</p>
<p><b>The ideal candidate will bring:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>5-8 years of dedicated PPC, Performance/Paid Media with demonstratable success across CPA, ROMI, ROAS.</li>
<li>Previous experience managing (if not mentoring) and developing a direct team.</li>
<li>Broader marketing &; industry knowledge ideally within the financial services, fintech, SAAS high growth, aggregator, gaming/gambling or other similar online operator/platforms business.</li>
<li>A genuine desire to take on a highly commercial opportunity and drive online acquisition for a fast growing company.</li>
</ul>
