<p> The Digital Media Specialist will: </p>
<ul>
<li>Recommend, draft social media graphics and captions, post/moderate approved content for company and affiliate companies (on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) on a regular basis, and report metrics quarterly</li>
<li>Manage company and affiliate company websites, review for updates, and provide quarterly metrics</li>
<li>Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and monitor for optimization</li>
<li>Manage company app and review for updates</li>
<li>Coordinate/take employee headshots, photos/video at presentations/events, and maintain camera/video equipment as appropriate</li>
<li>Create video/animated content for marketing material as appropriate in coordination with the Marketing Specialist</li>
<li>Assist in special projects as requested</li>
<li>Maintain and update Marketing and Branding files as appropriate</li>
<li>Maintain and update the Digital Media Specialist BUS plan as appropriate</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in field applying for or the equivalent experience</li>
<li>2+ years of related experience</li>
<li>Strong collaboration, writing, and design skills with attention to detail</li>
<li>Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel experience</li>
<li>Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign experience</li>
<li>LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube experience</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Expected salary</b>: $50000 &#8211; 70000 per year<br />
