The Digital Media Specialist will:
- Recommend, draft social media graphics and captions, post/moderate approved content for company and affiliate companies (on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube) on a regular basis, and report metrics quarterly
- Manage company and affiliate company websites, review for updates, and provide quarterly metrics
- Implement search engine optimization (SEO) strategies and monitor for optimization
- Manage company app and review for updates
- Coordinate/take employee headshots, photos/video at presentations/events, and maintain camera/video equipment as appropriate
- Create video/animated content for marketing material as appropriate in coordination with the Marketing Specialist
- Assist in special projects as requested
- Maintain and update Marketing and Branding files as appropriate
- Maintain and update the Digital Media Specialist BUS plan as appropriate
- All other duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in field applying for or the equivalent experience
- 2+ years of related experience
- Strong collaboration, writing, and design skills with attention to detail
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign experience
- LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube experience
Expected salary: $50000 – 70000 per year
