<p> Digital Marketing Executive – Estate Agency &; Lettings.</p>
<p><b>Location:</b></p>
<p> Colwyn House, Head Office, Colchester.</p>
<p><b>Reporting to:</b></p>
<p> Digital Marketing Manager.</p>
<p><b>Salary:</b></p>
<p> £24,000 to £26,000 depending on experience.</p>
<p> We are looking for a passionate and energetic Digital Marketing Executive to join our Estate Agency &; Lettings marketing team at our Head Office in Colchester. This is a varied and exciting role that would suit a keen marketer wanting to take the next steps in their career within a national organisation.</p>
<p> The Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the wider marketing team (and/or external agencies) to achieve specific company goals and objectives.</p>
<p> Key Activities / Main Duties.</p>
<ul>
<li>Social Media Management: Oversee the company&#8217;s social media accounts, creating engaging content, increasing followers, and driving user engagement.</li>
<li>Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates for optimisation.</li>
<li>Content Marketing and Management: Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-optimised content for the websites, blogs, and social media platforms. Develop, update and manage all group CMS platforms.</li>
<li>Analytics and Reporting: Utilise web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for improvements.</li>
<li>Request Management: Monitor and manage appropriate marketing inboxes and action requests as required in a timely efficient manner.</li>
<li>Admin Management: Oversee and manage other core duties including, but not limited to, managing joiners and leavers across all group websites and appropriate property portals.</li>
<li>Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Manage on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase the online visibility of the company.</li>
<li>Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC): As and when appropriate, create and manage PPC campaigns to increase web traffic, reduce CPC, and maximise ROI.</li>
<li>Digital Marketing Strategy: Support the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with the company&#8217;s goals and objectives.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>The Person.</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Digital marketing experience across a range of activities including campaign management, content creation and social media skills.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Project management and organisational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work to tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to demonstrate problem solving excellence.</li>
<li>1-3 years digital marketing experience.</li>
<li>Experience using email campaign software is beneficial (but not essential).</li>
<li>Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.</li>
<li>Marketing qualification (e.g. CIM or equivalent is desirable).</li>
<li>Proficient in IT and Office packages.</li>
</ul>
