Businesses from several industries, public sector organizations and people at home rely on Dews and Petals to protect them against health risks, food contamination and structural damages in buildings caused by pests.</p>

<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>

<li>Maintaining positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times.</li>
<li>Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.</li>
<li>Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support</li>
<li>Resolving complaints.</li>
<li>Process forms, orders, requests and applications.</li>
<li>Responding promptly to queries.</li>
<li>Communicating with clients through various channels.</li>
<li>Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.</li>

</ul>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Inteerested candidates should possess a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in relevant fields.</li>
