A company specializing in innovative technology solutions for the financial and pharmaceutical industries is seeking a dedicated Delivery Manager</p>
<p> As a Delivery Manager, you will be the vital link between our clients and internal departments, working closely with their UK-based fully remote development, support, and sales teams. Your primary responsibility will be to shape and maintain client relationships, ensuring that we exceed their expectations.</p>
<p> <b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<p> Technical Understanding: Be responsible for supporting the delivery approach for our entire product set, demonstrating a high degree of technical understanding</p>
<p> Team Collaboration: Build a collaborative and motivated environment within cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and support</p>
<p> Client Relations: Interact with clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects meet requirements and expectations.</p>
<p> Communication: Attend client calls, make notes, identify and follow up on actions, and schedule follow-ups both internally and externally</p>
<p> Release Management: Assist with client communications, including project releases and their contents.</p>
<p> Team Leadership: Lead peers through different phases of the product delivery lifecycle, setting the pace and ensuring teams work towards delivery commitments</p>
<p> Roadmap Accountability: Collaborate with peers to define the roadmap and resourcing for current and future developments.</p>
<p> Project Planning: Communicate and plan using collaboration tools</p>
<p> Strategic Contribution: Interpret and expand company and product strategy in the short and long term</p>
<p> <b>Duties</b></p>
<p> Measure value to clients and internally.</p>
<p> Track resource usage for financial accounting and resource planning.</p>
<p> Monitor third-party performance and build relationships with them.</p>
<p> Advocate on behalf of your team, successfully responding to challenges.</p>
<p> Support effective budget and resource management within project constraints.</p>
<p> <b>Essentials</b></p>
<p> – Strong inter-team communication and collaboration skills</p>
<p> – People leadership experience (4+ people)</p>
<p> – Experience with Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)</p>
<p> – Project management best practices and certificates</p>
<p> <b>Desirables</b></p>
<p> – Experience with SaaS products.</p>
<p> – Previous use of the Modified Waterfall development model.</p>
<p> – Experience with medium and large enterprise clients.</p>
<p> – Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure.</p>
<p> – History of leading mid-sized teams, working with small remote teams, and juggling varied workloads.</p>
