<p> Responsibilities and Performance Expectations:</p>
<p> Work with enterprise software developers and architects on programming languages and/or COTS (Commercial off-the-shelf) products or platforms</p>
<p> Use your extensive product knowledge to define, develop and present effective D365 and Power Platform solutions</p>
<p> Engage directly with clients to understand their business and explain how we can help</p>
<p> Collaborate with clients and project team to identify client needs through interviews, workshops and requirements analysis, define a solution to meet those needs and implement a working, timely solution</p>
<p> Understand, diagnose and recommend solutions for specific functional and technical challenges</p>
<p> Define, discuss and document solution, application and data architectures</p>
<p> Design and implement Microsoft .NET solutions leveraging ASP.NET, web services, Windows Forms, mobile and more</p>
<p> Implement Dynamics CRM solutions leveraging out of the box capabilities, configuration and customization</p>
<p> Execute selected approaches to delivery including waterfall and agile</p>
<p> Deliver project results through high-quality service and deliverables</p>
<p> Collaborate with firm leaders and other team members to perform peer review and</p>
<p> share knowledge</p>
<p> Understand, evolve and augment team best practices</p>
<p> Take a proactive approach to professional development and take advantage of the many opportunities to grow your ability</p>
<p> Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes</p>
<p> <b>Skills and Experience:</b></p>
<p> Completion of a Post-Secondary Degree in a relevant field or three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience</p>
<p> Two (2) to four (4) years of experience implementing CRM or case management solutions in the private or public sector, with one (1) to two (2) years experience with Dynamics CRM and/or D365 and Power Platform</p>
<p> Ideally, experience with all Dynamics CRM versions D365</p>
<p> Strong understanding of the full implementation lifecycle including requirements,</p>
<p> architecture, design, development and testing.</p>
<p> Development experience with other related technologies such as BizTalk and</p>
<p> SharePoint would be beneficial</p>
<p> Previous experience working with Government departments and understanding of</p>
<p> the sector is strongly preferred, but not mandatory</p>
<p> Experience with other CRM and ERP packages and experience with custom</p>
<p> development would be beneficial</p>
<p> Ability to attain a Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability or Secret Security</p>

<p> Willingness to travel to client project sites as needed<br />
