<p> &#8211; We currently have multiple Customer Service Representative openings for one of the largest health insurance companies in Boston, MA. We are looking for someone that must be currently living in Massachusetts or New Hampshire to be considered for this job.</p>

<p> &#8211; Your role is to answer phones, resolve patient insurance claims or questions related to medical care and benefits information</p>
<p> Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:</p>
<p> &#8211; Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products</p>
<p> &#8211; Analyze customer’s complaints and recommend solutions</p>
<p> &#8211; Communicate changes or adjustments in policies to clients</p>
<p> &#8211; Document calls in the inquiry tracking system</p>
<p> Customer Service Representative Qualifications:</p>
<p> &#8211; 1+ years of experience doing customer service in a call center environment (office or remote)</p>
<p> &#8211; Must be comfortable handling confidential health information</p>
<p> &#8211; Strong verbal communication skills</p>
