 Candidate Manager in Automotive Recruitment.</p>
<p> Auto Skills UK is recognised as the leading provider of temporary and permanent staffing solutions to the Automotive Industry, from technician to senior management.</p>
<p> Duties of the Candidate Manager will include:<br />
 &#8211; Resourcing to find relevant candidates through different job boards, social media and bespoke in-house database<br />
 &#8211; Liaising with candidates through various channels, such as phone, text, email and App instant messaging<br />
 &#8211; Supporting the Consultants with any administration tasks such as data entry onto our CRM software<br />
 To be considered for this position for Candidate Manager:<br />
 ·A good confident persuasive phone and email manner<br />
 ·A self motivated, tenacious attitude and be resilient and positive<br />
 ·Attention to detail<br />
 So if you have the will to succeed as a Candidate Manager and ideally have a minimum of 12 months experience in an &#8216;outbound&#8217; phone-based position such as Sales, Customer Service, Automotive, Recruitment, etc. then we want to hear from you.</p>
