<p> <b>Responsibilities</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Greet and welcome guests</li>
<li>Perform all check-in and check-out tasks</li>
<li>Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages</li>
<li>Respond to clients&#8217; complaints in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>Keep good communication with management staff</li>
<li>Manage online and phone reservations</li>
<li>Inform customers about payment methods and verify their payment</li>
<li>Keep the front desk tidy and presentable at all times</li>
<li>Receive letters and packages.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Requirements</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative</li>
<li>Track record of achieving quota</li>
<li>Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters</li>
</ul>
