Job Position: Customer Representative
Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Keep good communication with management staff
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their payment
- Keep the front desk tidy and presentable at all times
- Receive letters and packages.
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of achieving quota
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
