<p> Our client is a fast growing Micro finance bank, looking to hire a customer Experience Agent across Nigeria.</p>
<p> <b>Job Responsibility</b></p>
<p> Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.</p>
<p> Recording transactions and preparing transaction reports.</p>
<p> Submission of daily report and reconciliation.</p>
<p> Provide relevant and appropriate answers to questions and inquiries from customers about the company&#8217;s products and services.</p>
<p> Assist customers in processing transactions.</p>
<p> Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient handover.</p>
<p> Follow all company policies and procedures, including security measures to protect against theft &; fraud.</p>
<p> Ability to work efficiently in handling customer issues in the most appropriate manner.</p>
<p> Build trust, loyalty, and long-lasting relationships with customers.</p>
<p> Maintain clear and open two-way communication with all internal teams to allow great service for customers.</p>
<p> Cross-sell other products and services to customers.</p>
<p> Ensure all information management systems are constantly updated and accurate.</p>
<p> Keeping informed of industry trends</p>
<p> <b>Requirements</b></p>
<p> Minimum of BSc/ HND or OND is required.</p>
<p> Minimum of 6 months experience in the financial sector.</p>
<p> Excellent interpersonal skills.</p>
<p> Excellent oral, written and communication skills.</p>
<p> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p>
<p> The ideal candidate should possess high emotional intelligence.</p>
<p> Strong numerical and basic math skills.</p>
<p> Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.</p>
<p> Ability to work in teams to deliver set goals.</p>
<p> Result-oriented – always focused on completing tasks on time, accurately, and efficiently.<br />
