Nigerian influencer and media personality Enioluwa has come under fire after a man identified as Kosi Ugo accused him of being an opportunist who associates only with popular women for clout.
Kosi made this known in a Facebook post, which has since gone viral and has sparked widespread reactions across social media platforms.
In his post, Kosi alleged that Enioluwa only interacts with or features women who have over 100,000 followers on social media. He claimed the influencer strategically befriends rising female stars, especially once they become prominent online.
“Enioluwa will never post you on his timeline unless you have 100k followers and above. I started noticing it from the time of Hilda Bassey. Prior to her Guinness World Record attempt, he never posted her. Then boom—she’s all over the news and he becomes bestie-bestie with her,” Kosi wrote.
Kosi further claimed that Enioluwa avoids close friendships with men because “they will see through his intentions.” He insinuated that the influencer seeks association with influential women for “baby girl treatment” funded by others.
“He’s currently waiting for the next girl that will blow up, so he can use his girl-boy, cunny-cunny way into her life,” he added.
Reactions trailing critic’s claim about Enioluwa
Uduak Melody Etim Bassey agreed with the sentiment, saying, “A lot of persons are guilty of this. They rate you based on your followers.”
