<p> Delighted to be working on these two new opportunities to join this market-leading team specialising in Contentious Trusts and Probate work &#8211; a team already recognised as one of the leading teams in the UK for these specialist areas of work.</p>

<p> Our client is a leading South Wales firm, with fantastic HQ offices in the centre of Cardiff. They have a strong reputation as one of the Cardiff &#8216;heavyweights&#8217; and in particular they have an excellent reputation for their working environment and culture and the genuine opportunities for career progression offered to all their lawyers.</p>
<p><b>Team :</b></p>
<p> The Contested Wills, Trusts and Estates team specialises right across the full range of private wealth disputes including will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, onshore and offshore trust disputes, equitable claims, and Court of Protection disputes. The team act for individuals, professional executors, trust corporations, charities and financial institutions.</p>
<p> The work is as good as it gets, but is still very varied meaning every day and every file is different.</p>
<p><b>You :</b></p>
<p> Our client is looking to make two more appointments to continue to grow the team, one a key role within the team at Associate/Senior Associate level, and the other likely to be an NQ+ opportunity for an ambitious candidate looking to move their career forward in these areas of work. For the more senior role either an ACTAPS or STEP qualification is desirable although not essential.</p>
