Job Location: Eleganza – Lekki, Lagos

About the Role
- As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and training programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.
- Assist with employee relations activities and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science or any related field.
- 1 – 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good digital Marketing Skill
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in the use of Canva Design Tool.
Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
