Working as a Clamp Truck Operator for a company that produces top-notch products for ¼ of the world’s population is a hard job, but it’s worth it when you’re recognized often by your manager, supported by your team, and see the products you produce being used by your own family at the end of the day.

In this role, you will:

Be responsible for loading and unloading product and materials using the clamp truck or fork truck. This role is part of Kimberly-Clark’s substantial investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce premium products that are essential to millions of lives around the world, right here in Marinette, WI.

The successful candidate will join the Manufacturing and Operations team and report to Adam Francour.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
  • Can read and write basic English, have basic math skills, computer knowledge, and mechanical aptitude.
  • High school diploma or general education diploma required, or High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
  • Able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Able to perform regular physical effort including pushing, pulling, lifting, and bending.
  • Must be able to stand and walk 90% of the shift, while performing moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs).
  • Able to pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening.
  • Able to pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
  • Can use equipment such as a clamp/fork truck and sweeper.
