Chelsea’s Premier League woes continued as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Brentford away from home, on Saturday.

Nicolas Jackson opened the scoring for Chelsea, but Brentford quickly equalized after halftime, courtesy of a goal by Mads Roerslev.

Yoane Wissa then gave Brentford the lead, only for Chelsea to level the score late in the game through Axel Disasi.

The result adds to the pressure on Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino, who has faced criticism for the team’s inconsistent performances in recent weeks.

The Blues next match is against Newcastle United, who are in good form after a 3-0 win over Wolves.

The game will be played at Stamford Bridge on Monday, March 11th.

Brentford, on the other hand, face a tough run of fixtures, with an away game against Arsenal followed by matches against Burnley and Manchester United.
