Chelsea have no current plans to part ways with head coach Enzo Maresca, despite mounting pressure following the club’s 2-2 draw with Ipswich on Sunday.

According to the Daily Mail, the club’s leadership led by co-owner Behdad Eghbali and co-sporting directors Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart, remains focused on the season’s run-in and is not considering a managerial change at this time.

The trio made their usual post-match visit to the dressing room, signaling both support and close oversight.

Maresca, who was visibly frustrated by the result, continues to face pressure to deliver a strong finish.

Chelsea are still in contention for a top-four Premier League finish and UEFA Conference League glory, but another underwhelming season could cast doubt over the Italian’s long-term prospect.
