<p><b>Job description</b>: We are currently looking to recruit an Early Careers Officer for our growing client in Nottingham city centre, who offer long term career development opportunities.</p>
<p> The main purpose of the role is to be focus on the recruitment requirements and assist the teams in fulfilling roles.</p>
<p> To be considered for the Early Careers Officer, you’ll require the following essentials: </p>
<ul>
<li>Similar experience in a recruitment environment</li>
<li>Hold strong knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Excel and Word</li>
<li>Be familiar with various training packages for trainess and aprenticeships</li>
<li>Show the ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines</li>
<li>Uphold the highest ethical standards and apply discretion and confidentiality.</li>
</ul>
<p> Reporting to the Early Careers Manager, you’ll be working in a busy environment therefore must be able to multitask and show strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p>
<p> As part of the Early Careers Team, you’ll also be: </p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and maintain communication with candidates throughout the process</li>
<li>Work alongside Managers to fulfil recruitment needs and assess the full selection process</li>
<li>Assist in induction, training and onboarding days as and when required</li>
<li>Ensure all compliance of new starters is in line with Legislation and updated on the management system</li>
<li>Coordinate and attend career fairs and other recruitment events</li>
<li>See the recruitment process from start to finish and ensure that communication is kept with the candidates throughout</li>
<li>Liaise with the Graduate Recruitment Manager and help with the coordination of careers fairs, insight days and relevant recruitment events – travel may be required</li>
<li>Work closely with employees in our business areas who support with our assessment and attraction</li>
<li>Work with Schools, Colleges and Universities to understand their needs and requirements</li>
</ul>
<p> Salary &; Working Hours </p>
<ul>
<li>Salary is £25,000 &#8211; £30,000 per annum, dependant on experience.</li>
<li>Full Time Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm hybrid working and some travel to other offices and events</li>
