<p><b>Job Summary</b></p>
<ul>
<li>As a Captain (Pilot in Command) for Izy Air Limited, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of operations while maintaining strict compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.</li>
<li>This position requires excellent leadership skills to manage flight crew activities and prioritize passenger safety and comfort.</li>
<li>Communicating effectively with relevant authorities and making timely decisions to ensure safe flight are important aspects of this role.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Assume authority as Captain and oversee safe and efficient operations in compliance with aviation regulations and Company policies.</li>
<li>Lead and coordinate flight crew and cabin crew activities and promote a culture of teamwork and excellence.</li>
<li>Conduct preflight inspections to ensure aircraft safety and compliance.</li>
<li>Maintain clear and effective communication with air traffic control during all stages of flight.</li>
<li>Make informed decisions to ensure flight safety and passenger comfort.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Aviation or any related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 2500 hours as Pilot-in-Command.</li>
<li>Over 5000 hours of total flight experience.</li>
<li>Valid American Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL).</li>
<li>A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.</li>
<li>Learjet-type evaluation is considered favourable.</li>
<li>Competent decision-making skills in difficult situations.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Need to be flexible enough to work from any location (including Abuja, Lagos).</li>
