Job title: Business Intelligence Expert – Europe/ UK based role (remote)

Company: MarketOne International (UK)

Job description: Business Intelligence Expert

**This is a Europe or UK based role, please only apply if you are based in Europe**

The Company

MarketOne works with some of the world’s most dynamic companies, transforming the way they do marketing from an enabler to a driver of business success. We’re helping organisations to evolve from outdated outbound marketing to a fully measurable inbound engine. We believe prospects should be engaged the way we’d like to be ourselves. That means two-way conversations rather than one-way communication, using content rather than ‘concepts’ and valuing usefulness over entertainment. We believe that creativity is a means to an end (not the end in itself). And the same goes for strategy.

The Role

MarketOne are looking for a Business Intelligence Expert to join their global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining BI tools, analytics, and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights to our world-leading client list.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Klipfolio.
  • Create interactive reports, dashboards, graphs, charts, and other visualizations to communicate key findings.
  • Implement best practices for BI architecture, data modelling, and data visualization design.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to understand business and data analysis needs.
  • Continuously improve BI systems, reports, and processes to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends and technologies in BI, analytics, and data visualization space.

Background

  • 5+ years’ experience as a BI developer, Data Analyst or similar role focused on data visualization and reporting.
  • Expert level proficiency in Power BI or Tableau including working with DAX, rest APIs and advanced visualization design.
  • Experience with Klipfolio and other BI tools is a strong plus.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of Marketing BI contexts
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from large, complex data models.
  • Confident writing sophisticated SQL queries to investigate and transform data.

This opportunity requires the ability to communicate technical concepts and data insights in a clear, logical way to non-technical users. Strong strategic thinking skills paired with hands-on Power BI expertise is key.
