<p> 1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:</p>
<p> &#8211; Conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets.</p>
<p> &#8211; Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, cold calling, and social media.</p>
<p> &#8211; Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce Eny Consulting Inc.&#8217;s services and solutions.</p>
<p> &#8211; Qualify leads and assess their fit with Eny Consulting Inc.&#8217;s offerings.</p>
<p> 2. Client Relationship Building:</p>
<p> &#8211; Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.</p>
<p> &#8211; Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of Eny Consulting Inc.&#8217;s services.</p>
<p> &#8211; Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and subject matter experts to address client inquiries and provide tailored solutions.</p>
<p> &#8211; Maintain ongoing communication with prospects to build rapport, provide updates, and identify opportunities for partnership.</p>
<p> 3. Sales Pipeline Management:</p>
<p> &#8211; Manage the sales pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.</p>
<p> &#8211; Follow up on leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.</p>
<p> &#8211; Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement strategies to move prospects through the sales process.</p>
<p> &#8211; Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.</p>
<p> 4. Market Research and Analysis:</p>
<p> &#8211; Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.</p>
<p> &#8211; Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential niches, industry segments, and growth opportunities.</p>
<p> &#8211; Provide insights and recommendations to the Business Development Manager and leadership team for strategic decision-making.</p>
<p> 5. Collaboration and Teamwork:</p>
<p> &#8211; Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and subject matter experts, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to business development.</p>
<p> &#8211; Participate in team meetings, sharing insights, updates, and best practices.</p>
<p> &#8211; Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that fosters growth and success.</p>
<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<p> &#8211; Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the consulting or professional services industry.</p>
<p> &#8211; Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.</p>
<p> &#8211; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with clients.</p>
<p> &#8211; Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and persistent approach to generating new business opportunities.</p>
<p> &#8211; Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</p>
