<p> <b>Key Responsibilities</b><br />

<li>Lead the development of new power products, including identifying market needs, designing product specifications, and overseeing the product development process.</li>
<li>Liaise with Management to develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company&#8217;s product portfolio and market share.</li>
<li>Build and nurture diverse business relationships along supply chain to reinforce business goals.</li>
<li>Engage in periodic market research to uncover business opportunities.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Key Requirements</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>B.Sc in any field</li>
<li>Strong analytical, process and decision-making skills;</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Good people management and communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and effectively</li>
<li>Ability to travel, adapt to changing market conditions, and stay updated on industry advancements.</li>
