Algeria struggled to a 2-2 draw against in-form Burkina Faso side at the Africa Cup of Nations Group D encounter on Saturday.

Burkina Faso gave up their lead twice, after goals from Mohamed Konate and Bertrand Traoré at both halves in the game.

Konate broke the deadlock for his side in the first half stoppage time, before an equalizer by Algeria’s Baghdad Bounedjah just 11 minutes into the second half.

Burkina Faso took the lead the second time after Traoré’s 71 minutes efforts found the back of the net.

While the game seemed all certain for Burkina Faso, Algeria pulled a stunner in the dying moment of second half’s added time, to share the spoils.
