<p> This Board- Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for the development and implementation of individualized behavioral treatment plans. This position will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, monitoring applied behavior analysis (ABA) programming, analyzing data related to the treatment plan and modifying the behavior plan to ensure progress of the patients. The BCBA will collaborate with the clinical team, education team, and transition team on behavior goals, services and treatment. This position will train and provide coaching and feedback to staff implementing the ABA services.<br />
