<p><b>The Opportunity</b></p>
<p> We&#8217;re hiring for Audit Seniors &#8211; Healthcare firm wide in our NY, NJ, MA and FL offices. Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Promotes team environment by building and maintaining rapport with fellow employees</li>
<li>Positively represents and promotes the Firm</li>
<li>Participates in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes and systems</li>
<li>Follow all accounting, auditing and tax regulations and professional ethics</li>
<li>Demonstrates an understanding of the clients&#8217; industries. Shows sensitivity to client culture and perspective</li>
<li>Produces deliverables that are clear, concise, thorough, and of professional quality and are completed in a timely manner</li>
<li>Run client engagements from start to finish, which includes planning, executing, directing, and completing audit projects and managing to budgets</li>
<li>Have and maintain technical knowledge sufficient to supervise staff on audits, compilations, reviews, and tax work</li>
<li>Examine financial and accounting records, other documents and tangible items</li>
<li>Prepare and index working papers</li>
<li>Drafting reports that are concise and accurate</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team environment, supervise staff and lead projects</li>
<li>Seeks opportunities to participate in training, recruiting and retention, with a focus on firm wide and team goals</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of progressive audit experience</li>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting is required</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team environment, supervise staff and lead projects</li>
<li>Ability to work full-time and additional hours as needed</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in public accounting.</li>
<li>Previous experience in the Non-For-Profit industry</li>
<li>Understanding of computer software packages and platforms including Microsoft Office Suite, Tax software, ProSystems Engagement and CCH Axcess</li>
<li>CPA license or in process of obtaining CPA license</li>
