<li>As a Construction Project Manager at ATO Architects Limited, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing our construction projects from inception to completion.</li>
<li>Your primary responsibilities will include project planning, budget management, resource allocation, and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within established timelines.</li>
<li>This is a hybrid role, offering both in-office and remote work flexibility.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Key Responsibilities</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.</li>
<li>Oversee all aspects of project execution, including procurement, subcontractor management, and quality control.</li>
<li>Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.</li>
<li>Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.</li>
<li>Monitor and maintain compliance with building codes, permits, and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Lead project teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve project goals.</li>
<li>Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.</li>
<li>Evaluate project outcomes and apply lessons learned to improve project processes.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Qualifications</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree and PMP is a plus).</li>
<li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.</li>
<li>Should have schedule maintenance knowledge- preempt before something happens, and when something fails.</li>
<li>Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in project management software and tools.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, combining in-office and remote work as needed.</li>
