Atalanta have proudly hailed Ademola Lookman for his 14th-place finish in the 2024 Ballon d’Or rankings, marking him as the only African nominated this year.

Lookman played a vital role in Nigeria’s impressive run to second place in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, where he scored three goals across seven matches.
Additionally, Lookman was instrumental in Atalanta’s UEFA Europa League success, netting all three goals in their final against Bayer Leverkusen.
