We are looking for a talented Associate Solicitor to join our Wills, Trusts and Estates Disputes team in Manchester.
Your Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join our Will, Trust and Estate Disputes team in Manchester. If you enjoy being part of a successful, friendly and high-performing team, then this is the job for you. As part of our top tier Legal 500 ranked Private Client team, you’ll work alongside leading solicitors and experts on a stimulating mix of high quality privately-funded cases as well as handling cases with alternative funding such as CFAs, LEI, ATE, and BTE insurance.
About You
- Have strong technical experience gained within a strong Trusts and Probate litigation team
- Able to operate independently and as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and develop other team members
- Have a strong appetite for business development, able to build successful relationships with referrers of work, members of the bar and the legal profession
- Have excellent client care and inter-personal skills, operating with integrity and showing empathy and intuition
- A good understanding of the Manchester private client market or existing contacts within the local area would be advantageous, but not essential.
