<p> We are looking for a talented Associate Solicitor to join our Wills, Trusts and Estates Disputes team in Manchester.</p>
<p> <b>Your Role</b></p>
<p> An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join our Will, Trust and Estate Disputes team in Manchester. If you enjoy being part of a successful, friendly and high-performing team, then this is the job for you. As part of our top tier Legal 500 ranked Private Client team, you’ll work alongside leading solicitors and experts on a stimulating mix of high quality privately-funded cases as well as handling cases with alternative funding such as CFAs, LEI, ATE, and BTE insurance.</p>
<p> <b>About You</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Have strong technical experience gained within a strong Trusts and Probate litigation team</li>
<li>Able to operate independently and as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and develop other team members</li>
<li>Have a strong appetite for business development, able to build successful relationships with referrers of work, members of the bar and the legal profession</li>
<li>Have excellent client care and inter-personal skills, operating with integrity and showing empathy and intuition</li>
<li>A good understanding of the Manchester private client market or existing contacts within the local area would be advantageous, but not essential.</li>
