Associate, Corporate Tax, London (2+ PQE)
This highly regarded London practice has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Tax lawyer to join its top tier private client team.
You will join a team of highly skilled lawyers, providing specialist legal advice to a diverse client base from start-ups to household name institutions, on a broad range of business, commercial, non-profit and personal tax issues, as well as matters involving an international context. Whilst the team primarily advise on an array of corporate transactions, property investment and development matters, you will have the opportunity to work across the full spectrum of tax matters and also work on projects led by other practice areas – offering the opportunity to work on a broad mix of interesting work and build long-lasting relationships.
The successful candidate will be personable, with solid academics, strong technical skills and who has gained 2+ years’ post qualification experience in a well-respected corporate tax practice, with particular experience of advising on standalone corporate and property transactions, and ideally some experience of banking and employment matters.
