<p> We are now hiring an Assistant Restaurant General Manager in Red Deer, AB. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of experienced professionals in the hospitality industry. As the Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operational controls are followed while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction. You will also play an integral role in training and developing unit management and hourly staff while helping create a positive atmosphere.</p>

<li>Previous leadership experience in hospitality industry</li>
<li>General understanding of restaurant operational controls</li>
<li>Proven record leading teams</li>
<li>Demonstrated commitment to guest service</li>
<li>Well organized and able set priorities/plan/make decisions</li>
<li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>Possesses winning attitude</li>
