<p><&sol;p>&NewLine;<div>&NewLine;<p><strong>Arsenal<&sol;strong> have retained nine players of Nigerian descent following the submission of their 2024&sol;25 retained list to the <a target&equals;"&lowbar;blank" href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;gistreel&period;com&sol;tag&sol;premier-league"><strong>Premier League<&sol;strong><&sol;a>&comma; with two of them&comma; Cam’ron Ismail and Daniel Oyetunde&comma; offered new contracts&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>According to ANS&comma; the list includes goalkeeper Khari Ranson&semi; defenders Samuel Chinedu&comma; Ismail&comma; Josh Nichols&comma; and Josh Ogunnaike&semi; midfielders Ethan Nwaneri and Ife Ibrahim&semi; and forwards Oyetunde and Andre Harriman-Annous&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Ismail and Oyetunde&comma; both second-year scholars&comma; have been handed their first professional contracts&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Ismail has been with the Gunners since age 15&comma; while Oyetunde joined at the U15 level through the Hale End Academy&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Oyetunde registered two goals in the U18 Premier League last season and featured in the FA Youth Cup&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Ismail made 22 appearances across four youth competitions&comma; including the UEFA Youth League and Premier League 2&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Among the retained group&comma; only Nwaneri and Nichols earned senior team minutes last season&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>However&comma; Ranson&comma; Ibrahim&comma; Ismail&comma; Ogunnaike&comma; and Harriman-Annous were involved in first-team training sessions&comma; though none made a matchday squad&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<&sol;p><&sol;div>&NewLine;<p><a href&equals;"https&colon;&sol;&sol;www&period;gistreel&period;com&sol;arsenal-retain-nine-nigerian-eligible-talents-offer-deals-to-two&sol;" previewlistener&equals;"true">Source link <&sol;a><&sol;p>&NewLine;
