<p> Job Position: Architect / Site Engineer<br />
 <br /> Job Locations: Abuja (FCT), Enugu, Lagos &; Rivers<br />

<p> <b>Responsibilities</b><br />
 </p>
<ul>
<li>Project Planning and Conceptualization: Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define project objectives and feasibility. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.</li>
<li>Architectural Design and Development: Develop detailed architectural drawings, and specifications; handle solution-driven design concepts, presentations, and proposals according to client’s brief. Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.</li>
<li>Quantity Surveying: Ensuring the plans, drawings and quantities are accurate for calculations; setting out, levelling and surveying the site</li>
<li>Budget Management: Assist in developing project budgets and timelines. Monitor project costs and make design adjustments to stay within budget.</li>
<li>Sustainability and Environmental Considerations: Integrate sustainable design principles and environmentally friendly materials when applicable.</li>
<li>Safety Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address design-related challenges.</li>
<li>Collaboration and Coordination: Work with engineers, contractors, interior designers, and other professionals. Ensure architectural design integrates seamlessly with the project plan.</li>
<li>Quality Control and Construction Oversight: Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications. Conduct site visits and inspections.</li>
<li>Documentation and Reporting: Communicate project progress and challenges to clients and stakeholders. Incorporate client feedback into the design process.</li>
<li>Government Agencies: Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Requirements</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>B.Sc in Architecture or related fields.</li>
<li>Minimum of three years of experience on site.</li>
<li>Professional certification is an added advantage.</li>
<li>Structural engineering, project management and quantity surveying knowledge is a crucial advantage.</li>
</ul>
