<p> <b>Description</b><br />
 <br /> The Job holder adheres to the H3SEQ rules: </p>
<ul>
<li>Be in constant alignment with H3SE Company rules, Procedures, Instructions and applicable legislation</li>
<li>Take the necessary measures to avert immediate threat of danger. Exercising caution as necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or avoid pollution</li>
<li>Participate actively in H3SE meetings, training sessions and drills and co-operate actively in the execution of H3SE plans</li>
</ul>
<p> Support for Supply Chain tools and systems: </p>
<ul>
<li>Support a functional Hotline and ensure the resolution of various problems and issues arising from the appropriation of C&;P tools.</li>
<li>Create and maintain a list of contact members in the User Departments and ensure this list is updated regularly</li>
<li>Suggest and propose regular revision of user manuals, procedures and work instructions pertaining to the use of SC Tools</li>
<li>Coordinate and ensure the regular training and support for external Suppliers on the e-sourcing tool and NIPEX platforms</li>
<li>Suggest and propose the delivery of Requests for Assistance (e.g. MTKs) for incidents or challenges requiring CC-SAP or other external assistance</li>
<li>Test and validate under custody of Performance &; Tools Manager new solutions and upgrades of Supply Chain (SC) tools,</li>
<li>Participate in all specific actions (e.g. data cleaning) related to SC tools which can have impacts on SC processes</li>
</ul>
<p> Training, appropriation and controls: </p>
<ul>
<li>Suggest and prepare after SAP Lead User&#8217;s approval all requests for modifications to profiles, reference users or permissions in respect of SC Tools so as to ensure segregation of duties in SAP.</li>
<li>Coordinate and ensure the regular (re)training of users of all SC Tools and in particular, the training and induction of new users so as to ensure the optimal appropriation and use of these tools.</li>
<li>Perform regular controls to continuously improve the level of appropriation of SC tools so as to improve affiliates performance in ASAP and related audits (e.g. SOX audits)</li>
</ul>
<p> Front Line contact for IS systems: </p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor the general evolution of new technologies and their potential for process improvements</li>
<li>Check out and prepare resolution for all queries regarding Tools within the Client’s Supply Chain</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Job Requirements</b> </p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of a Second Class University Degree in Engineering, Business or a Supply Chain discipline plus 3 years experience in the Oil &; Gas Industry. Ideally, the last 2 years should have been in a Supply Chain capacity preferably within any IOC.</li>
<li>Very good knowledge of C&;P SC tools including UNISUP, Planning tools, e-sourcing tools &; NipeX, in addition to other Business &; Computing tools</li>
<li>Demonstrable commitment to excellence, respect for deadlines, team spirit and good communication skills</li>
<li>Computer literacy is mandatory and paramount on and off the job,</li>
<li>Have very good notions in training techniques and a good dose of diplomacy.</li>
