<p> Dans ce rôle, vous ferez partie de l’organisation de l&#8217;Intégration Programme de l&#8217;A220 et votre mission sera d’être en charge d&#8217;un portefeuille de fournisseurs, avec pour mission principale de sécuriser la performance de la chaîne d&#8217;approvisionnement intégrée, d&#8217;anticiper les risques / opportunités sur l&#8217;ensemble du périmètre d&#8217;approvisionnement pour atteindre les objectifs du programme, et aider à la prise des décisions stratégiques.</p>
<p> Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à :</p>
<p> Représenter l&#8217;équipe Programme lors de rencontres avec l&#8217;équipe Approvisionnement afin de contribuer à la stratégie d&#8217;approvisionnement et à la sélection des fournisseurs, conformément aux besoins et objectifs du programme en lien avec le budget ;</p>
<p> Rendre possible les activités d&#8217;approvisionnement et diriger la sélection des fournisseurs conformément aux exigences d’intégration du programme ;</p>
<p> Piloter le budget du portefeuille Industriel afin de sécuriser les projets liés à la continuité des opérations et/ou la maturité de la montée en cadence ;</p>
<p> Orienter les réclamations pour minimiser les impacts sur le programme ;</p>
<p> Structurer votre tableau de bord afin d’avoir une vision synthétique de la performance des fournisseurs et des plans d’actions correspondants. Alerter et préparer les escalations nécessaires avec toutes les fonctions impliquées ;</p>
<p> Identifier et valider les transferts industriels en termes de budget et planification. Anticiper, consolider les risques et sécuriser les plans d’actions avec les parties prenantes pour éviter les impacts sur les objectifs du programme ;</p>
<p> Participer aux gestions de crises consécutives à des défaillances fournisseurs et pouvoir prendre les devants au besoin ;</p>
<p> Piloter la consolidation des risques, opportunités et contraintes de la chaîne d&#8217;approvisionnement intégrée à rencontrer les objectifs du programme, avec une attention particulière à la préparation des montées en cadence ;</p>
<p> Préparer, organiser et animer les rencontres avec les fournisseurs et préparer les rencontres avec l&#8217;exécutif au besoin.</p>
<p> En tant que candidat idéal :</p>
<p> Vous détenez un Baccalauréat en chaîne d&#8217;approvisionnement, gestion industrielle, logistique, génie industriel ou autre domaine pertinent ;</p>
<p> Vous avez de 3 à 5 ans d&#8217;expérience pertinente ;</p>
<p> Vous avez acquis des compétences en gestion de projets dans un environnement industriel ;</p>
<p> Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la chaîne d’approvisionnement Airbus et de ses fournisseurs ;</p>
<p> Vous avez de bonnes capacités relationnelles ;</p>
<p> Vous savez travailler en équipe et avez de bonnes aptitudes pour négocier et dégager une vision commune alignée ;</p>
<p> Vous avez la capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches, projets et dimensions simultanément, souvent dans un environnement peu clair, incertain et en évolution rapide ;</p>
<p> Vous justifiez d’une bonne expérience dans le domaine aéronautique ;</p>

<p> In this role, you will be part of the A220 Program Integration organization and your mission will be to be in charge of a portfolio of suppliers, with the main mission of securing the performance of the integrated supply-chain, anticipating risks/opportunities across the supply-chain scope to achieve program objectives, and assist in strategic decision-making.</p>
<p> In your duties, you will be called upon to:</p>
<p> Represent the Program in meetings with Procurement in order to contribute to the procurement strategy and the selection of suppliers, in accordance with the needs and objectives of the program in accordance with the budget;</p>
<p> Enable procurement activities and steer vendor selection in accordance with program requirements;</p>
<p> Manage the budget of the industrial portfolio in order to secure projects related to the business continuity and/or the maturity of the ramp-up;</p>
<p> Steer claims to minimize impacts on the program;</p>
<p> Structure your dashboard in order to have a synthetic vision of the performance of the suppliers and the corresponding action plans. Alert and prepare the necessary escalations with all the functions involved;</p>
<p> Identify and validate industrial transfers in terms of budget and schedule. Anticipate, consolidate risks and secure cross-functional action plans to avoid impacts on program objectives;</p>
<p> Participate in crisis management following supplier failures and be able to take the lead if necessary;</p>
<p> Manage the consolidation of the risks, opportunities and constraints of the integrated supply-chain to meet the objectives of the program, with particular attention to the preparation of the ramp-up.</p>
<p> Prepare, organize and lead meetings with suppliers and prepare executive meetings.</p>
<p> <b>As the ideal candidate:</b></p>
<p> You hold a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in supply chain, industrial management, logistic, industrial engineering or other relevant field;</p>
<p> You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;</p>
<p> You have acquired skills in project management in an industrial environment;</p>
<p> You have a good knowledge of the Airbus supply chain and its suppliers;</p>
<p> You have good interpersonal skills;</p>
<p> You know how to work in a team and have good skills for negotiating and achieving a common aligned vision;</p>
<p> You have the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and dimensions simultaneously, often in an unclear, uncertain and rapidly changing environment;</p>
<p> You have good experience in the aeronautical field;</p>
<p> You have a strong level of professional commitment and have the ability to adapt to always focus on priorities. You know how to synthesize and present clearly;</p>
