About this role:
As our Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in the Performance Marketing team, specifically in the UK market. Working closely with other channels – such as Paid Search and Performance Display – you will be responsible for delivering against commercial targets for your markets.
From conception to execution, optimising to reporting, you’re able to ensure exceptional quality in everything we produce. We are a high performing team that supports and pushes each other to be the best versions of ourselves and produce outstanding results.

- Prioritise and deliver under your own steam; owning partnerships, budget and performance in dedicated markets, while supporting the team on strategic projects
- Be creative and hands-on in the quest for new growth opportunities; in both a business sense and personal development
- Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives in the wider marketing community
- Take pride in your work; commit to high standards and best-in-class marketing, enjoy our success, then share with key stakeholders across the business
What will you bring to the table?
- Experience in a performance marketing channel, keen on specialising in Affiliates
- Excellent analytical skills including experience with Excel, Tableau and a strong understanding of KPIs; reporting results on a weekly and monthly basis
- Good knowledge of tracking technologies and logic (e.g. cookies and attribution). App tracking knowledge is a big plus
- A healthy understanding of how the affiliate channel fits in with other online channels like Paid Search, SEO and Display
- Fluent English (written & spoken).
