<p> About Company: Our client is a multinational Bio-technology company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of medical and diagnostics equipment with presence in 44 countries.</p>
<p> Job Summary: The Company is seeking to hire an Account Receivable Analyst who will be responsible for the full implementation of credit policy for the company.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Contact the customers for collecting the receivables on a daily basis.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Follow up with the sales representative on aging customer debt and evaluation of potential risk.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>DSO calculation and reporting for receivables.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Daily collection statement; downloads and follow-ups on posting.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Company Collections Bank account reconciliation review.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Coding of all transactions.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Supporting the Order to Cash Process. Analysis of sales order releases in terms of debt balance, credit balance checks and days.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Support of Credit Limit review and analysis with Marketing and Supply Chain.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Weekly, Monthly &; Quarterly Cash inflow and outflow analysis. Monthly reporting of treasury reports.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<p> A. Skills/Abilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge and experience in managing DSO, conducting Aging analysis, and optimizing Cash flow.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge and ability to use various computer programs and applications, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and email systems</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task a must</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior leaders, other employees, and clients</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Apply to deliver strong customer service</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Always represent the organization in a positive and professional manner</li>
</ul>
<p> B. Education/Experience</p>
<ul>
<li>First degree (HND/BSC) in Accounting or/and Finance field.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Progress towards Completion or Completion of AAT Program or ICAN.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>2-3 years of experience as a Credit Controller or Account Receivable Analyst</li>
</ul>
