<p>A Nigerian <a target="_blank" href="http://gistreel.com/tag/Woman"><strong>woman</strong></a> has taken to social media to cry out over the severe abuse she has suffered in her marriage, revealing that her <strong>husband</strong> frequently beats her — even during pregnancy — and once locked her outside after she had a miscarriage.</p>
<p>She shared her emotional story in a post on her TikTok page, where she opened up about her experience and shed light on the struggles of many women trapped in abusive marriages.</p>
<p>In her post, she explained why some women find it easier to leave such relationships, while others remain stuck due to fear, financial dependence, or concern for their children.</p>
<p>Sadly, she noted that some women never make it out alive.</p>
<p><strong>She wrote: </strong></p>
<p>“<em>A lot of women are in abusive marriages, and the reason they are still there is because of their kids, not knowing where to go, and wondering how they will care for their children.”</em></p>
<p>“<em>If you’re a woman going through abuse, I understand — it’s not easy. It took me 4 years to realize that you can never change an abuser. No matter how much you try, it’s impossible.”</em></p>
<p><em>“Instead, they keep destroying you. Some women manage to leave in their 20s, some never leave, and some aren’t lucky enough to leave alive. Many women are victims just like me, and when children are involved, leaving becomes even harder.”</em></p>
<p><em>“As for me, I am leaving. People will say I’m leaving because of another man, but that’s not true. They’re also threatening to take my children from me if I leave, but I have to save myself.”</em></p>
<p>In response to a comment under her post, she further revealed the horrors she endured: “<em>A man that beats me when I’m pregnant? A man that hits a new mom? A man that locks his wife out after a miscarriage? God will judge you.”</em></p>
<p>As her heartbreaking story circulated online, concerned individuals flooded the comment section to share their thoughts, offer words of encouragement, and call for justice.</p>
